For those seeking a less clinical experience, coaching focuses on strengths, goals, change and transformation. Whether you want to address major life issues or are simply feeling stuck, you will create and implement strategies to move towards your goals.
I offer coaching services in the area of Life Coaching, Executive Coaching and Performance Coaching. Coaching sessions are typically done remotely, by phone from the comfort of your home or office. I am able to coach clients from all over the country.
Coaching is not a health care service, and is not reimbursable through health insurance policies. I do not provide psychotherapy services for my coaching clients. If we decide that you may be in need of psychological services, I will help you find a counselor to make sure you obtain the best care possible.
